Academy of Fashion and Art collects the details you submit to arrange design admission guidance, maintain your counselling record and assist with requested application steps.

Contact and updates

Your requested guidance may involve phone, WhatsApp and email contact. Promotional WhatsApp and email updates are optional and controlled by the separate choices on the form. You can withdraw these choices or ask us to stop contact at any time.

What we store

Your contact details, qualification, admission year, stated interests, communication permissions and advertising source information. Counsellors may add relevant preferences and application progress during the guidance process.

If you request WhatsApp verification, we temporarily store a hashed verification code and request/attempt timestamps. A successful check records when the WhatsApp number was verified. Verification does not change your marketing choices.

Access and sharing

Authorised AFA staff and service providers supporting storage, email and WhatsApp may process these details for the stated purposes. Registering here does not submit a college application. We will discuss any assistance involving sharing your details with an institution before proceeding.

Website measurement

We use Meta Pixel to measure page visits and successful registrations and understand campaign performance. Meta may process browser and device information under its own privacy policy. The registration event identifies this free-guidance programme; our pixel event does not include the name, phone number or email entered in the form.

Questions, correction or removal

Email support@afaclasses.com to request correction, removal or changes to communication preferences. Include your registration reference if available. Promotional emails should include an unsubscribe route; WhatsApp recipients can reply STOP.

If you are a parent, provide a phone number and email you are authorised to use. Students under 18 should involve a parent or guardian in registration and counselling.
